Ways to Pay Your CommStream Bill

Paying your bill is fast and easy! We understand that not everyone’s situation is the same, so we have a few different ways you can pay your bill.

Automatic Payments

This is the easiest, way to pay your bill.
Have your payment automatically come out of your bank account or off of a credit card on the 1st business day of each month. Ask the billing department for a form TODAY! Email billing@valleyfiber.ca or call 1-800-958-5698.

Credit card

You can pay with your credit card through the online customer portal or by calling the billing department toll-free at 1-866-206-3707, and giving your information over the phone.
Keep in mind the Billing Department is open Monday-Friday 9am til 5pm.
